Return Policy Inside Kuwait:

1. You can report any issue with the received item and request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt.
2. Return requests are only accepted if there is a discrepancy between the received item and the original order, such as a different color, incorrect size, or a different design.
3. If there is an issue with the color, size, or design, please contact us via WhatsApp messages or send an email to the complaints department.
4. The returned product must be in good condition, unused, and must not have been exposed to water or soap.
5. Once the return is approved, the refund may take 7 to 10 business days to be deposited into your bank account.
6. The customer is responsible for new delivery charges in case of a return.
7. Product exchanges are not available, but you may purchase a new item of your choice.
8. A shipping agent will contact you to arrange for the pickup of the item from the same delivery address.
