Return and Exchange Policy
Inside Kuwait
Reporting Issues and Requesting Refunds/Exchanges:
- You can report any issues with the received item and request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Items can only be returned or exchanged if there is a discrepancy between your order and the received items, such as differences in color, size, or design.
Issue Handling:
- For issues related to color, size, or design, please contact us via WhatsApp messages or our complaints email address.
- For issues related to delivery, please contact us via WhatsApp messages or our complaints email address.
Condition of Returned/Exchanged Items:
- In case of return or exchange, please ensure that the product is in good condition, unused, and unwashed.
Refund Processing:
- In the case of a return, it may take 7-10 working days for the refunded amount to be deposited into your bank account.
Exchange Processing:
- In the case of an exchange, it may take 7-10 working days for the exchanged product to be delivered.
Collection of Items:
- A courier company agent will contact you to collect the item from the same address provided in the delivery details.
Outside Kuwait
For our clients outside of Kuwait, we currently do not offer an exchange service. However, our return policy is the same as for clients within Kuwait, with differences in the return shipment process. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return process:
Communication:
- Contact us via WhatsApp messages or our complaints email address to report the issue.
Validation and Pickup:
- Once we have verified the issue, a courier company agent will contact you to collect the item from the address provided in the shipping details and deliver it to the courier company.
Documentation:
- When reporting the issue and requesting a return, please take a photo or scan of the original invoice and attach it to your email. The courier company will send you a delivery invoice and share it with you via WhatsApp.
Refund Processing:
- After completing the above steps, please note that it may take up to 14 working days for the refunded amount to be deposited into your bank account.
